By default, orders will ship with no signature requirements upon delivery. After delivery of any package from FedEx / UPS, AmmunitionStore assumes no responsibility for the package. If the package shows "delivered" according to the tracking info, the package is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Packages get stolen, plain and simple. It doesn't matter what neighborhood you live in, it happens. Please click here to add an adult signature to ensure your order ends up in your hands.

To enable us to sell ammo at the lowest price possible, we may use the manufacturers original packaging to ship your order in. If you would prefer a non-descript box, please leave a note in the comments section when you checkout and we will be glad to repack your order in a plain box.

SHIPMENTS ARE ONLY SENT OUT DURING BUSINESS DAYS (MONDAY - FRIDAY) EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS.

We DO NOT ship anything to P.O. Boxes.

We DO NOT ship ammo to Alaska or Hawaii.

We DO NOT ship anything international; many of our products are covered by ITAR restrictions and are illegal to export by U.S. federal law. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00pm usually ship within 2 business day. Please check the top of the home page for any banner updates that may affect shipping times.

Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.  If you provide us with an invalid shipping address on your order, and the merchandise gets returned to us, we will refund the cost of the item however shipping charges will not be refunded.  Please verify your shipping address with your selected shipping carrier before ordering.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the carrier, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Most UPS / FedEx shipping stores will not accept ammunition shipments or hazmat (primers). If you wish to have your package held at one of their facilities for pickup it is usually best to find the local terminal. Please be sure to contact that location as well to make sure they will accept your package for you to pickup.

Any cancelled order will be refunded minus a 4% fee.

IMPORTANT: All shipping charges are non-refundable. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items!

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of us receiving your package return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Ammunition - applies to most residential orders

Any orders that have been paid for and requested to be held, but not picked up by the customer within 30 days will become property of ammunitionstore.com The order may be refunded, or continued to be held longer if the customer makes such arrangements. Any order that is requested to be held and NOT paid for will be canceled after 30 days of not being picked up.
